Happy Hour Dance Class with Lilly Bright
Lilly Bright, member of CoMotion Dance Company, is leading us through October
Connect to your passion to dance! Fall into movement, lightness, fluidity, and the raw power of your awakened imagination. Experience how connecting to your sensations enlivens your dancing feet and legs and brings expressive life to your fingers and torso. Lilly’s classes are deeply informed by her 10+ years training in Gaga Movement Language coupled with over two decades of somatic and performantive dance practices.
Classes will consist of a warm up to get all your parts moved and juiced, followed by a choreo phrase. Lilly’s passion is coupling sensitivity with strength along with welcoming an uninhibited range of physical and emotional expression in a non-judgmental and playful space.
