About Gwynne

Gwynne grew up dancing and working with horses in rural Vermont. She double majored in dance and biology at Muhlenberg College in PA, where she had the opportunity to work with renowned teachers and choreographers from across the country. She danced in a piece choreographed by Charlotte Boye-Christensen that was chosen to be performed as part of the American College Dance Festival at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. She also enjoyed teaching modern/contemporary, ballet, and jazz classes to kids and teens on occasion in Vermont. Gwynne then pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Regis University in Denver (2019) to further meld her love of movement and science. In 2021, after working with human patients in an outpatient clinic for two years, she became a Certified Equine Rehabilitation Practitioner through the University of TN and now works as an equine physical therapist in Snowmass. In her spare time, she enjoys attending Dance Initiative's Happy Hour classes, continuously learning, and playing outside with her puppy, Pepper.
