A Dreamers Mosaic
Thanks to a grant from Carbondale Arts, Riven Badgett created a project that turned into a one of a kind performance surrounding the theme: what it means to be human. For two months local dancers and musicians collaborated together to create an entire show. Every person in the performance took an active role in creating the world that will lead the audience through different emotions tied directly to the artist's own experiences.
During this night of artistry, original live music will be played in person along with brand new choreography. Both the music and dance all explore different genres, bending traditional pairings. After the show there will be a potluck, allowing for reflection and communal celebration, so please bring a favorite dish to share.
